In the first tasting of its kind at the Never Never Distillery, we will open our doors in the evening for a private distillery tasting experience as part of the Adelaide Food Fringe. Guests will take a private tour of the distilling space and be introduced to the gin making process by our co-founder Sean Baxter.
The tour will look at ingredient selection, the role those ingredients play in the gin and an intimate look at the way these individual flavours interact with each other. You will also visit our architecturally designed tasting room (it’s only next door) where guests will be given a traditional tasting flight, snacks and some very special Dark Series samples.
Price includes a drink on arrival and conclusion, tasting samples, snacks, plus a discount at the bottleshop.
