Gin & Cheese Pairing Masterclass with Never Never & Cheesaholics

Visit Never Never Distilling Co in McLaren Vale as they play host to Cheese-a-Holics for an incredible cheese pairing masterclass featuring some truly special cheeses and delicious cocktails.

Lauretta (owner of Cheese-A-Holics and Cheese-A-Holics Cheese Festival) is a local legend with a creative passion for all things curd! She has been in the world of cheese for over 12 years, a cheese maker for most of that and has been in the hospitality industry as a chef for over 20 years!

This experience will highlight 4 incredible cheese variants and pair them with samples of some of our favourite gin cocktails, all made with the Never Never gin range. You will also take home the recipes for each drink to recreate your own pairing experiences at home.
