The World Famous Hains & Co Martini and Oyster Bar

Hains&Co and Never Never Distilling Co. are once again popping-up their World Famous Oyster and Martini Bar.

Celebrating multiple martini variations, with each pre-batched variant stored within a solid block of clear ice, the Martini and Oyster Bar will once again be a spectacular experience not to be missed.

Never Never Distilling Co. will also be launching their surprise collaboration with Spring Gully Foods, a Botanical Infused Cocktail Onion flavoured using Triple Juniper Gin’s signature ingredients. The onion is the traditional garnish of the Gibson Martini.

Martini and oyster specials will be available all night with ice cold cocktails served alongside scrumptious seafood. There will also be Hains&Co’s famous Sea Pigs, paired with a Spring Gully inspired Red Snapper cocktail.
