Penobscot Farm is an organic, bio-dynamic farm operated to permaculture design principles at the home of Watervale Hotel licensees, Chef Nicola Palmer and Warrick Duthy.
On this 4pm tour you will see, hear, touch, smell, taste and feel the energy created at the farm and learn how these practices generate more nutrition and better tasting food. Then move down to the Watervale Hotel via the Kitchen Garden and mature orchard to eat what you have seen growing as part of a six course degustation dinner which can be matched to Clare Valley Wines.
During International Pub week, the first dish will be matched to Pirate Life South Coast Ale. $140 per head, or $195 / head with wine, and beer!
