Learn to make pasta the traditional way as our two Nonnas, Imma and Elia, guide you through how to make authentic, fresh cavatelli from start to finish. It is always a memorable experience when our Nonnas pass on the techniques they have learned from their families, and it is a privilege to have them share their knowledge and show us their cooking methods.
Once the pasta is made you get to enjoy it, with a three course meal including Mercato’s finest antipasto, your handmade cavatelli, with wine to accompany, followed by dessert and coffee. Imma will also show you how to make a traditional macchinetta coffee!
