Join Stefan Dimasi, Nonna’s Cucina’s executive chef as he leads a tour de force class on the art of the Italian BBQ. Assisted by Rosa Matto, Nonna Nancy and the famous Nonna Maria, Stef will show you how to make and cook your own sausages, marinated squid, quail, meats and a number of vegetable dishes, such as caponata alla brace and cacciocavallo with almond pesto, all cooked over a charcoal barbeque. The ‘long table’ dinner will finish with coffee, Nancy’s famous tiramisu, fried custard, and home made liquore.
It will be a fun night of food, wine, laughter, music and dancing.
We will hold the event at 6pm on May 12th, and 13th at Nonna’s Cucina’s headquarters in Royal Park.
