Neighbourhood Recipe Bonanza

The Pear’s well loved free neighbourhood library has a recipe book focus for the Adelaide Food Fringe. Bring out your old cook books, browse and take what inspiration you can find from the pre-loved ones. Take them home, give a recipe a whirl, and send us your new culinary successes via Facebook or Insta.

Plus, we are seeking your family favorite secret recipes and cooking hacks. Write them out (long hand) and post them in the ‘Secret Recipe’ post box at the Pear. During the course of the Adelaide Food Fringe we will publish a few recipe gems and hacks via our socials. Then, after the festival, we will produce a special Food Fringe Secret Recipe Zine and make it available, for free in the neighbourhood library.
