Join Dr Sue Booth as she introduces the idea of food democracy, enabling food consumers to become food citizens. She will explore the questions
How safe is our food?
Is our current food system broken?
How do we use democratic processes to re-gain control of the food we eat?
This event will explore how democracy can be used to empower citizens to have choices and to find greater satisfaction in the food we eat.
